Primary Responsibilities:
Performs general maintenance and janitorial duties as needed during luau hours.
Essential Duties/Functions:
-Attends to main Luau and Ocean Garden restrooms that include prep, re-stocking, sweeping, mopping and wiping of counters.
-Thorough cleaning of both restrooms at the end of the evening to ensure that it is re-stocked and ready for the next day.
-Monitor Luau grounds for trash, empties trash cans, reline trash cans, and dispose of trash in proper bins.
-Keep supply room clean and organized.
-Ensures supply room is secured at the end of each evening.
-Other duties assigned by Management.
Working Conditions: Mostly outdoors in all types of weather.
Work Hours: Primarily 330p-1030pm, however hours may vary depending upon scheduled shift. Individual must be able to work on weekends and holidays.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Skills/Knowledge:
Must be able to constantly lift and bend, constant walking and on your feet
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to read and write.
Must be able to communicate well with employees and guests.
