Position Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in ensuring that our properties are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
Follow all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to start work on Maui immediately.
