We are is seeking a qualified professional with great interpersonal skills and is customer service oriented, has the ability to effectively multi-task, and is self-motivated with a strong work ethic for our Site Manager position (non-residence).
The Site Manager is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the common elements, supervision of vendors, security of the facilities, enforcement of House Rules, the planning and execution of preventive maintenance programs, requesting and evaluating project RFPs/bids, administering various policies and procedures, and directly performing light maintenance. Reports to the HOA Board of Directors and the Managing Agent. Maintains files, prepares various reports, and attends Board meetings and various other meetings as requested.
Considering the wide range of cultural backgrounds, it is very important that the Site Manager be articulate in dealing with the residents with fairness and professionalism. Consistency and strong skills in handling and resolving concerns should always be exercised.

Position requires 4 or more years progressively responsible related work (site manager, general facilities or building maintenance experience or other related experience). Relevant combination of formal college or trade school coursework with hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance, or completion of a craft apprenticeship. Experience troubleshooting and minor repairs of machine and equipment helpful along with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and equipment motors skills. Construction and/or construction contractor experience or experience in one of the trades preferred. Working knowledge of the State and Federal laws concerning condominiums, assisted by the Managing Agent preferred, and familiarity of OSHA standards helpful.
Position requirements also include strong communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement and discretion; ability to maintain confidentiality. Solid root cause analysis, problem identification, and resolution skills along with good detail orientation and quantitative skills required. Beginner to intermediate MS Excel and Word skills helpful.
