Banana farm in keaau is looking for full time/part time field workers. No experience necessary, but preferred.
Starting pay @$15.00, complete medical package (drug/vision/dental) HMSA or Kaiser, profit sharing/retirement plan and year end bonus available.
Part time field schedule is Monday- Thursday, 7 am to 12pm.
Full time schedule is Monday-Friday, 7 am to 330 pm.
Double time on all Holidays worked and observed, OT anything over 8 hrs (for full time position). Must be able to lift/carry up too 35lbs, stand and walk on uneven ground for 4 hours at a time and have no current medical issues.
Responsibility’s would include but are not limited to cutting leaves, pruning and herbicide application.
Must have reliable transportation, a willingness to be punctual and the desire to grow the best bananas in the state
