We are looking for someone who is hardworking, energetic and punctual, with a great work ethic and solid communication skills. He or she must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritizes and implement, all with a team mentality.
We are open to hiring either full or part time with a set schedule.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We deliver island wide. Drivers drop off material to be shipped at Young Brothers, deliver to retail customers and deliver to Box stores, such as Home Depot. Drivers must monitor the condition of the vehicles, as well as do light maintenance such as adding fluids, checking tires and keeping vehicles in clean condition. Drivers must be comfortable & able to drive a box truck. (Box truck is 10' tall, 8' wide & 17' long)
This can be a physically demanding job so physical fitness is essential along with a good driving abstract. Drivers will also be responsible to assist customers and help with nursery labor when not delivering.
