We are seeking a full-time ice cream parlor manager/cake decorator with a proven ability to lead and oversee daily operations while ensuring proper staff management to manage our Baskin-Robbins located in Kaneohe according to Dunkin’ standards. The ideal candidate should be dependable, possess exceptional leadership qualities, have excellent communication and organization skills with at least two years of food service and supervising experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 – 50 hours per week

Job Duties to include but not limited to:
● Make ice cream cakes (training will be provided)
● Be able to lift 25 lbs. and occasionally 50 lbs. with help.
● Scheduling
● Train team members
● Inventory/Ordering, and quality control
● Opening and closing of the store (Reconciliation)
● Verifying employee timecards
● Assisting customers to provide a friendly guest experience.
● Maintain and enforce safety, food safety and sanitation requirements.
● Fostering a positive work environment.
● Execution of store and company policies and procedures.
● Daily report to the owner of issues or items that need to be addressed
If selected for the Store Manager position, you will need to be certified as a Servsafe Food Manager ($190.00 will be reimbursed upon receiving certification.)
Supplied uniforms (t-shirt, hat, name tag and a clean apron) are mandatory while on work duty and must always be kept clean and presentable. Jeans (No rips or holes) and covered non-slip shoes are required.
