About the Company:

Kauai Juice Co is looking for a full time manager for the front of house retail Stores. The Front of House Manager is responsible for leading through Kauai Juice Co mission, vision, and values in order to develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line customer service and is accountable for all aspects of their Kauai Juice Co store. This position requires a love for the local community, passion for health & wellness, and the ability to lead and influence. You will be the one to ensure that the front of house store is well-coordinated and productive by coaching your team, full knowledge of food and beverage, and managing sales and inventory procedures. Most importantly this person acts as the face of the company for their store. You are expected to work 40 hours a week. Shifts are 7am-3pm or 10am-6pm and must be available for team coverage.

We take pride in caring about each and every single person that walks through our doors. Our goal is to provide an unforgettable experience to everyone, all of the time and to have long term employees and long term customers. If we don’t have long term customers we aren’t going to have long term employees. It’s a symbiotic relationship; this is important to understand to help everyone’s overall experience.

This position requires hours each day of extended customer service. If you don’t feel like you enjoy this, then this is not the job for you. Job Summary:

The Kauai Juice Co. Store Manager is a dynamic and self-starting individual who will lead our team in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining smooth operations. This role requires a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively balance multiple tasks while staying calm and focused. As the face of our store, the Store Manager will be responsible for delivering a memorable customer experience and sharing in-depth knowledge of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of store associates, setting the standard for excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring all procedures and standards are consistently met.

Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude, creating a welcoming and engaging environment.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of Kauai Juice Co.’s products and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.

Balance multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining focus in a fast-paced retail environment.

Manage inventory, ensure proper stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain product availability.

Track store performance and provide regular feedback to the leadership team to support continuous improvement.

Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and growth among staff members.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a customer-facing role.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example and motivate a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Passion for health and wellness products is a plus.
