As a Server at B's Kitchen, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests and assisting them with seating arrangements.
- Presenting menus and taking accurate food and beverage orders.
- Providing recommendations and answering any questions guests may have about the menu items.
- Delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately to tables.
- Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Processing payments and handling cash and credit transactions.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area and server stations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
