The full-time and part-time general maintenance technicians will be responsible for repairing, refurbishing, and maintaining facilities and furnishings in an independent manner with minimal supervision. Must be able to perform minor duties in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and appliance repairs efficiently and in a thorough manner in accordance with quality standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Able to utilize equipment, tools, materials and supplies in an economical, efficient, skillful and safe manner.
Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to supervisor.
Complete daily trouble reports and timesheets in an accurate and understandable manner.
Responsible for the safe use and operation of all tools and materials associated with the tasks related to this position.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
QUALIFICATIONS:
We are willing to train the right candidate with a positive "can do" attitude and Aloha spirit.
Must be able to life 75 pounds.
High School Diploma or GED.
PAY RANGE: $27 - $29/Hour
