Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist/Office Assistant role in the Non-Profit industry, located in HONOLULU, Hawaii. This position is integral to our operations and will involve answering a multi-line phone system, providing excellent customer service, data entry, and email correspondence. Free parking!Responsibilities: Manage and answer a multi-line phone system, ensuring all calls are directed to the appropriate personnel Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner Perform data entry tasks with high levels of accuracy and efficiency Handle email correspondence, responding to emails in a timely and professional manner Schedule appointments for advisors, gathering necessary information in advance Use our internal system to look up information as required Organize files and documents to ensure easy access and retrieval Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various tasks Adhere to existing processes and procedures in place for the efficient functioning of the role.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist role, preferably within a non-profit environment Proficient in answering a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, and organizing files Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of people Excellent data entry skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in email correspondence, with the ability to compose professional and effective communications Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle unexpected situations effectively A commitment to the mission and values of the non-profit sector.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
