Answer telephone calls
-Confirm rental application data and personal references-Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
Receive and direct visitors
Provide help when needed with various projects for other employees
Complete word processing, filing, and faxing
-Stay knowledgeable of the property market statusRequirements
Customer service experience highly desired
General familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites
Demonstrated knowledge of Administrative Assistance
Comprehensive knowledge of Leasing Consultant
Proficiency in Residential Property Management
Knowledge of Answering Inbound Calls
Adeptness in Maintain Office Supplies
Foundational knowledge in Applicant Screening
Ideal candidate must have adept computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to use the internet for research
