You will analyze the physician practice performance data to support decision-making process and program implementation. You will utilize identified improvement gaps to implement process and educational interventions to meet HHP accountable care agreement goals. In this role, you will work closely with key HHP and Hawai‘i Pacific Health (HPH) departments, including clinic operations, analytics, health IT, and senior and executive leadership. Current driver’s license and valid Hawai‘i auto insurance. Two (2) years experience in health care, population health, OR equivalent experience in a healthcare setting.Preferred Qualifications: Coursework or certification in Classification Procedural Terminology (CPT) and/or International Classification of Disease (ICD-10) Coding and/or work experience interacting with CPT/ICD-10 codes. Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), OR Assessment Based Recognition in Order Entry (ABR-OE) from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), OR Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) from the American Medical Technologists (AMT), OR Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), OR Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) from American Registry of Medical Assistants, OR Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) from National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP), OR Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC) from the American Medical Certification Association (AMCA), OR Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) from the National Healthcareer Association (NHA). Formal training or experience in performance improvement techniques, including Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or Kaizen. One (1) year of experience working with EPIC to optimize documentation practices to support care delivery and/or quality measure performance. Two (2) years experience working in a medical office.
