Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry. Perform high volume data entry tasks associated with accounts payable. Reconcile invoice discrepancies and rectify issues promptly. Verify invoices with payments and expenses to maintain accuracy in records. Assist in maintaining organized financial records, ensuring data integrity. Leverage Microsoft Excel skills for effective account reconciliation. Ensure accurate customer credit records, monitor accounts, and take appropriate action. Utilize accounting software knowledge for efficient invoice processing.
