Our preschool and daycare services are available year-round and island-wide including Honolulu, Mililani, Kapolei, East Oahu, Windward Oahu, and Hawaii Island (Kona-Kohala).
Seeking an EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR to manage the overall operation of the company.
Overview of general responsibilities-
Nurtures the mission, vision, and values of the company
Ensures daily management functions are carried out properly and effectively across all campuses
Oversees and executes goals that successfully build capacity, increase retention, and meet budget targets
Encourages team building by facilitating open, effective communication, and positive working relationships with the administration and staff.
Represents the organization in the community, fostering positive, productive relationships with its clients, staff, community partners, and stakeholders.
Qualifications-
Master's degree preferred. Bachelor's degree plus at least 5 years of experience.
Must have previous experience leading large center-based infant/toddler and preschool centers.
Must be qualified as Director under I/T and GCC with the DHS Early Childhood Registry
Strong understanding of operations management principles to drive organizational success.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
