Duties include:
Primarily communicating via email, however, occassionally calling agents and customers to follow up
Email Communication - Microsoft Outlook
Coordinating and tracking orders primarily on Excel
Sending agents bill of ladings on a timely manner
Providing customers with a proof of delivery once order delivered.
Software used:
Microsoft Outlook
Word/Excel
Our own data software (will train)
Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm; Flexible end time as early at 4:30pm.
