Job Summary:
Aloha! We are seeking a self-motivated and highly organized Resident Manager for Waiau Gardens - Kai A. On-site housing is available. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of experience in property management. Valid Driver's License, clean DMV record and reliable transportation are required. The Resident Manager is responsible for supervising maintenance and repair work and maintaining good relations with both residents and owners. Along with performing and assisting with the repair projects assigned by the Board.
Job Duties:
Manages day-to-day operations of the Association and maintains the property.
Handling owners and resident’s requests/concerns.
Ensures compliance with safety regulations.
Perform/direct administrative and management duties as requested by the Board of Directors.
Attend Board meetings per the management agreement and community events as needed.
Ability to solve problems as the point of contact for residents and enforce by-laws and house rules.
Ability to write reports, keep accurate records, and knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Requirements:
High School Diploma Required.
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
Proven experience as Resident Manager or comparable building operations role in an Association (1 year Preferred).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
Time management and time critical prioritization skills.

8-hour shifts, on call 24/7
