Book keeper who’s responsible for executing all matters relating to the accounting functions. This includes Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), vendor account reconciliations, and more.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Manage subcontracts and subcontract change orders, and subcontractor billing and payment process
● Input data entry into software in an accurate and efficient manner (including payables, credit card transactions, banking statements, etc.)
● Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
● Process requests for POs, invoices, estimates, and sales orders
● Process employee expense reports and reimbursement requests in a timely manner
Qualifications:
● Strong knowledge of and experience with QuickBooks software.
● Proven ability of personal management with organizational and planning capabilities.
● Good communication skills - both oral and written.
● Able to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously in an accurate and timely manner.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
● Basic IT skills (servers, printers, user accounts), preferred.
