We are an accounting firm in search of a qualified bookkeeper experienced using QuickBooks desktop & QuickBooks Online. Prior experience is required and a proficiency test will be given. You will report to a CPA in our office.
Responsibilities include working with various clients using QB or QBO including recording, importing, and adjusting transactions as well as account reconciliation and general ledger analysis. General excise/TAT preparation and payroll processing may also be required.
We are a tight-knit, quick-paced, high-production, successful practice. The dress code is casual and telecommuting may be allowed after 6 months of hire date. We offer medical insurance, paid vacation, sick pay, retirement plan (after 1 year) & other benefits.
