Roofing Company is seeking an Accounts Payables/Receivables Clerk.
Description:
-Data entry: posting invoices, payments, billings, etc.
-Billings including progress billing, State billings and homeowner billings
-Assisting Bookkeeper in job costing for projects
-Collections
-Find and amend vendor discrepancies
-Collect and record payments
-Full-time position M-F
Requirements:
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel
-Must have high organizational skills
-Must be responsible, honest and strong character
-Must be a team player
-Accounting experience is preferred; not required
-Quickbooks experience is preferred; not required
Compensation:
-$20-$25/hr depending on proficiency, skill and experience
