Level A: Senior Electrical-Mechanical Technician

The Senior Electrical-Mechanical Technician is an advanced role for experienced professionals specializing in industrial maintenance. A Level Technicians take on more complex and critical tasks, independently leading maintenance projects and providing strategic input on system improvements. They are responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of production and manufacturing equipment with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:Lead compliance efforts with all Stratas GMP standards.Execute/oversee the repair and installation of production and manufacturing equipment.Conduct thorough inspections of equipment performance and proactively identify potential issues.Utilize and train others in the use of advanced hand tools and electrical/mechanical tools proficiently.Champion the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment.Rigorously adhere to and promote safety protocols and procedures.Mentor and provide advanced training to junior technicians and apprentices.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
