Level B: Electrical-Mechanical Technician

The Electrical-Mechanical Technician is a skilled role for individuals with experience in Industrial maintenance. Level B Technicians independently repair, maintain, and install production and manufacturing equipment. This position requires a deeper understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with increased responsibility and minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with all Stratas GMP standards.Independently repair and install production and manufacturing equipment.Inspect equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.Perform preventative maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment malfunctions.Use advanced hand tools and electrical/mechanical tools proficiently.Maintain and promote a clean and safe work environment.Strictly adhere to safety protocols and procedures.Mentor junior technicians and apprentices, providing guidance and training.
