SummaryManage and monitor legal proceedings with external law firms and the internal legal team, while gathering labor records, preparing necessary documentation for ongoing or potential labor disputes, and supporting and advising People Managers on a wide range of ER activities, including disciplinaries, grievances, misconduct, and more. Support in developing, implementing and administering policies and procedures that promote fair and positive interactions between employees and management. Act as a liaison between employees and management by providing support and guidance on matter related to employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace culture. Oversee investigations into employee complaints and grievances, and work to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Duties Management and monitoring of legal proceedings with external law firms and internal legal team;Gathering labor records and preparing necessary documentation regarding ongoing or potential labor disputes between employees and employers. Supporting and advising People Managers on a broad spectrum of ER activities including disciplinaries, grievances, misconduct and etc.Support in designing and implementing effective short- and long-term HR policies and strategies to ensure alignment with business strategies, goals and current legislation;Support in developing training and communications to enhance overall capability in employee relations management including formal and informal responses to performance issues, grievances and disciplinaries;Ensuring all ER practices are up to date with current legislation;Supporting overall HR initiatives as required;Preparing employment contracts, contract addendums, follow-up job descriptions and other required document;Conducting a meeting pertaining to the end of employment and preparing relevant documentation;Preparing reports related to the employee's labor-related concerns as requested;Identify potential employee relations risks and report to the line manager;Any other duties as required including general HR administration duties.
