Job InformationThis position leads development and coordination of regional strategy of heavy business in North America, manages corporae management process and intiated key strategic growth initiativesRole & ResponsibilityStrategy DevelopmentDevelop the business strategy or functional business plan Collaborates with global/regional strategy and regional leaders in developing global/regional strategy for the company.Monitors implementation and progress of strategic initiatives Annual PlanningManages overall annual planning processes (AOP, QBR, MBO/KPI-setting, etc.) Strategy ExecutionMonitor and advice the strategic approach of execution of global and regional initiativesAdvise and support DINA leadership for strategic decision making Strategy ProjectsResearches market and competitive intelligence to ensure management is up to date on business environment.Ad Hoc projects as assigned Market ForecastDevelop the construction equipment market forecast methodologyAnalyze relevant market driver such as economic data, competitive information, political impact or any relevant qualitative/quantitative information.
