Description OFFICE MANAGER/ADMINISTRATOR - Publicly Traded Company in SuwaneeMy client, a publicly traded manufacturer in Suwanee, is looking for an Office Manager to join their team for an immediate, direct-hire opportunity. The Office Manager will take charge of the office's daily operations, providing essential support across various departments. This role involves overseeing IT technical support, coordinating purchasing activities, and ensuring smooth office functioning.Key Responsibilities:

Manage office operations, facilities, purchasing, and records management.

Offer tier-1 IT support, including setting up new office equipment and managing hardware for new hires.

Serve as the point of contact for office and facility contractors and vendors.

Maintain and replenish office supplies, cleaning supplies, and postage, ensuring all areas are adequately stocked.

Coordinate office functions, including company-provided lunches.

Greet visitors and handle incoming calls at the reception area, adhering to company policies for visitor documentation.

Maintain the appearance of the office and breakroom to uphold a professional atmosphere.

Represent the company positively with internal contacts and customers, aligning with company values.

Assist executives by managing routine tasks to optimize their time, such as expense reports and supply ordering.

Provide additional support to executives as required.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Office Manager.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.

Proactive approach to establishing administrative processes and procedures.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Previous technical support experience is advantageous.
