Job Responsibilities:
Inspect properties after guest check-out and before new guest check-in to ensure everything is in top condition.
Perform basic handyman tasks (minor repairs, touch-ups) as needed to maintain the quality of the property.
Provide on-site guest assistance during their stay, responding to guest requests within 1 hour to ensure they have a flawless vacation.
Maintain and improve the property’s appearance, functionality, and cleanliness to align with our 5-star standards.
Qualifications:
Basic handyman skills are required (light repairs, maintenance).
Must have a reliable car for transportation.
Availability to respond within 1 hour when guests need assistance (including weekends).
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
