Handling  the  bureaucratic  and  administrative  tasks  of  quality  management  and  supporting  day-to-day  business.Independent  completion  of  general  office  tasks  such  as
-     Handling  correspondence  according  to  instructions
-     Preparation  of  reports,  minutes,  statistics  and  presentation  documents
-     Management  and  filing  of business  documents  (files,  documents)-   Independent  maintenance  and  administration  of  vacation  and  attendance  lists
(personnel  time  recording)  and  defined  databases
-  Independent  organization  of  appointments,  meetings  and  business  trips
- Independent  maintenance  of  the  organizational  structure  and  reporting  of Personnel  changes  in  the  designated  systems-   Organizational  support  of  the  team  in  looking  after  external  visitors  (customers,  suppliers,  etc.)  and in  planning  business  trips  (transfer,  hotel  booking,  etc.)  according  to  instructions  Participation  in  internal /  organizational  projects  (e.g.  system  processes)
