Personnel management with all individual tasks included (initiating disciplinary measures, assessment of employees, staff appraisals, personnel development, etc.)Ensuring effective personnel deployment planning (vacation and shift planning)Participation in personnel and CAPEX planningParticipation in the processing of complaints and deviationsIndependent, continuous development of the area of responsibilityAssumption of (partial) project responsibility within the defined frameworkEnsure continuous audit readinessTrusting cooperation with internal and external interfaces (e.g. production areas, TS, CS, plant management, TCC/SEC)Independent compliance with standards, legal provisions (e.g. Working Hours Act, occupational safety regulations) and internal company regulations (SOPs, BVs, etc.)
