Description We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Marietta, Georgia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall HR functions within our organization, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. This role involves the use of various HR software and systems, including the Human Resources Management System, ADP - Payroll, and tools for Corporate Recruiting and Employee Relations.Responsibilities: Oversee the implementation of Human Resources programs through HR team members. Monitor administration to established standards and procedures. Identify opportunities for improvement and resolve any discrepancies. Oversee and manage the work of reporting HR staff. Encourage the ongoing development of the HR staff. Develop and monitor an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition, company philanthropic giving, and administer the budget for the HR department. Select and supervise Human Resources consultants, attorneys, and training specialists, and coordinate company use of insurance brokers, insurance carriers, pension administrators, and other outside sources. Conduct a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments. Lead the development of department goals, objectives, and systems. Establish departmental measurements that support the accomplishment of the company's strategic goals. Requirements Proficiency in using Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and other related human resources software Strong experience in corporate recruiting and implementing effective recruitment strategies Knowledge and practical experience with ADP-Payroll system Excellent skills in managing employee relations and fostering a healthy work environment Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals Proven experience in managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures Proficient in HR policies and procedures, including hiring practices, benefits administration, and workforce development Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent leadership abilities, with a track record of managing a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
