This is the foundation of a connected world flexible enough to satisfy all the social, economic and transformative needs of today and the future.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis role will be working within the National Construction Standards Team. The Construction Standards Process Program Manager will be responsible for developing and supporting quality management system and process activities in a fast-paced environment within the telecommunications industry.Key Responsibilities:

Manage CX Standards intake process

Maintain CX Standards Documents and Version Controls

Improve organization, accessibility, utility, and accuracy of documents and systems

Coordinate and/or lead corrective actions b/w suppliers and engineering to resolve product design and performance issues; verify effectiveness of implemented corrective actions

Communication’s liaison b/w CX Standard’s Team with other DISH internal teams and external teams

Maintain CX Standards Document Distribution and library

Manage CX Standard’s and Site Engineering Team’s data integrity and change control functions/processes

Skills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in related field or 5+ years of related experience

Carrier level experience with national programs including macro tower, rooftops, mods, raw land, COW and small cell within multiple geographic regions strongly preferred

Skills and Qualifications:

The ability to thrive in a start-up environment

Highly developed oral and written communication/people skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Able to create and present executive level presentations summarizing the status of programs

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritize team’s work, and drives positive change consistent with overarching organizational goals

Champion key projects to completion with enthusiasm and confidence

Regularly recommend changes that improve existing business processes and overall department performance

Have solid project management skills including a demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, organize, coordinate, manage, & amp; evaluate project efficiency

Regularly collaborate with management to ensure organizational consistency

Advanced in GSuite and MS Office

Wireless Experience is a plus

A good understanding of network deployment activities and industry structure

The ability to lead quality initiatives while identifying and resolving issues that are limiting or blocking productivity

Expert listening skills with the ability to quickly identify objectives and immediately develop and initiate an appropriate action plan
