Responsible for start-up, ramp-up and later serial production of a production line and expanding our manufacturing operation of the Flower Branch facilityResponsible for healthcare manufacturing which includes injection molding, assembly operations and packaging as well as serializationMonitor production output in terms of quality, quantity, and efficiency and ensure corrective action and notification of variancePlan employees and equipment to achieve production requirements, ensuring cost and quality are controlledProactively engage and support company initiatives designed to promote a culture of safe working, environmental protection, and continual improvementCreate and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure adherence to internal and external quality and regulatory standards in collaboration with Quality departmentEnsure accurate bookings/corrections to ERP system for labor/scrap/inventory etc.
