This position is responsible for administrative functions which include but are not limited to: primary telephone coverage for the Office of Human Resources, personnel file management including following procedures for archiving and records management, correspondence with employees and managers regarding procedures, general inquiries, and form requirements. Other responsibilities include drafting letters, filing, scanning, invoice processing, spreadsheet maintenance, ordering supplies, training/new hire packet assembly, and other general office tasks.To be minimally qualified for this position candidates must provide evidence of the following experience:Training, education, or experience in office and administrative support work that demonstrates 1) competency in applying a solid knowledge of modern office practices to perform complex, varied office support tasks, and 2) the ability to use independent decision-making on the appropriate processes to follow, information to process, and actions to take in accordance with standard procedures.
