Key Responsibilities:
Perform general handyman services including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
Complete routine maintenance tasks such as lawn care, gutter cleaning, painting, and minor repairs
Inspect properties and identify maintenance needs and potential preservation issues

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or in a similar role
