Luvanex Realty specializes in purchasing investment properties for foreign and local investors. We are looking for talented and licensed real estate agents to assist with our investor-clients by doing virtual tours and sometimes, in person tours with them when they are available. We also need this agent to oversee the transaction coordination for any client assigned to them for a 25% commission split.
(Buyer's Agent) - Convert leads to appointments, and ensure that buyer clients are pre-qualified with our preferred mortgage lenders. Submit offers to purchase homes for buyer clients. Negotiate offers to purchase and oversee the entire negotiation process. Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors. Must be a Georgia licensed agent in good standing.
Landlord’s Agent - help list and show rental properties in various parts of town 2-3 times a week (once on weekends and twice during the week). Screen prospective tenants, draft leases and conduct move in inspections. Also conduct property inspections on a quarterly basis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and a proven track record of successfully working with buyers or investors. They should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage their time effectively.
Responsibilities:
Do virtual tours on behalf of the company and its clients
List and sell residential real estate
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
Host open houses and other events
Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
Verify and disclose property facts to clients
Qualifications:
Must be a Georgia licensed agent
Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
