RRM Property Solutions is looking for a Virtual Office Assistant/Project Coordinator. This role involves assisting the Senior project coordinator and basic administrative duties. We are looking for someone who is computer savvy, can think outside the box, learns quickly and the ability to work independently without being micro-managed. This is an ideal work from home position for someone with a flexible schedule and can commit to 20-30 hours per week. This is a 1099 position.
Job Task/Description: Assistant Project coordinator will assist with scheduling field operations, aiding with photo documentation when needed on site and projects assigned, Scheduling service calls with tenants and maintenance servicers, updating the company calendar with service calls, research servicers to grow our network when needed to aid with projects, emailing and texting tenants to confirm appointments and provide great customer service to tenants.
Position requires, a laptop, smartphone and internet services.
Pay rate: $15-18.50/hr based on previous experience. Monthly bonuses are issued based on productivity.
