Office Manager Needed
Who We Are:
We are a family owned business in Marietta, Ga. Our company is made up of two divisions which are Pinestraw/Mulch and Trucking. Within our Pinestraw/Mulch division we primary install pine straw and mulch at residential and commercial properties. Within our trucking company, we deliver freight to various locations, both in and out of Georgia.
What We Need:
We are in need of a new office manager to run our Marietta Office. This person will be in charge of the normal daily operations of both our pinestraw/mulch division and our trucking division. We sale pine straw at our Marietta location so the dress code is casual. The hired candidate will never be required to load trucks, however this person will go outside with customers that self-load when our loaders aren't available. This candidate must be able to multi-task.
We work alternating Saturdays. Must be available to work 8:30am-5:30 pm every other Saturday of the month
Duties will include but or not limited to:
Handling management calls
Payment of invoices/bills
Scheduling of Appointments
Payroll
Job scouting for potential customers
Follow up calls
Invoicing and Reconciliations
Serving as liaison between the customer and our tech.
Creating Contracts/Documents
Hiring assistant in peak season
Reguirements:
Ability to work independently
Available Mon-Thurs 8:30-5:30pm
And alternating Friday or Saturday 8:30-5:30pm.
Salary: $14.00 -1$6.00 an hour plus commission
