We're looking to hire a full time office assistant to work from our office and assist with all office duties which are the following but are not limited to:
- Answering calls
- Scheduling sales rep for appointments
- Creating invoices/estimates using Quickbooks and Word Doc
- Filing away documents
- Doing follow up calls with customers after a completed project
- Mailing out invoices and/or thank you letters to customers
- Be a great team player and have a Get It Done attitude!
You must have at least 3 years of office experience with reliable transportation. Basic knowledge/experience with QBs is preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required. Must type at least 40 wpm with 85% accuracy.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday with every other Saturday 8 am - 5 pm
