Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for passionate professionals eager to make an impact in the marketing world. You will play a critical role in developing marketing strategies, creating compelling content, and engaging with audiences across multiple platforms. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will work closely with and provide direct support to the marketing team, ensuring seamless execution of high-level initiatives. We value attention to detail, creativity, and fresh ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted campaigns using Mailchimp.
Content Creation: Write brand-compliant copy for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and advertising materials.
Website Management: Maintain and build web pages using SquareSpace and WordPress.
Social Media: Develop monthly content calendars, respond to messages, and engage with client audiences to build community.
Graphic Design: Create graphics, videos, and other branded assets using Canva and Adobe Suite.
Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and running advertising campaigns that align with client goals.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign data, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.
Data Management: Import and groom data using Mailchimp, Google Sheets, or Excel.
Collaboration: Work closely with the content creation team to deliver cohesive marketing strategies.
Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage their online presence, and maintain positive brand reputations.
Influencer Outreach: Identify and engage with relevant influencers to amplify client campaigns.
Preferred Experience (Not Required):
1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital content creation and campaign management.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, or SproutSocial).
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
Experience working with G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides) for collaboration.
Proven client-facing experience and the ability to foster positive relationships.
Strong collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
