We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Job Summary:
The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficient administrative support and smooth office management. This role involves multitasking across various functions, including customer service, scheduling, marketing, and financial administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Answer phones and manage incoming inquiries.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed.
Assist in generating estimates and invoices.
Customer Service:
Provide customers with necessary documentation, such as certificates of insurance.
Conduct outreach to existing and new property managers to foster relationships.
Marketing and Content Management:
Upload posts on social media platforms.
Create and update website content regularly.
Financial Administration:
Ensure all estimates are paid promptly.
Assist with basic accounting tasks and manage office expenses.
Office Operations:
Support field technicians by coordinating logistics and resources.
Bid and Procurement Management:
Regularly check the Georgia procurement center at both the state and federal levels for relevant bids.
Prepare bid packages and ensure all required documentation is complete.
Meeting Attendance:
Attend mandatory DeKalb County meetings and other pre-conference meetings for bids as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, QuickBooks).
Experience with social media platforms and basic content creation.
Familiarity with procurement processes and bid preparation is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
