Responsibilities:
Administrative Management:
Maintain detailed accounting records for each property, including administrative information, collections, rental payment registration, and lease renewal tracking.
Effective communication with tenants (full payment follow-up, including payment plans, messages, and calls) and property owners (renewal notices, eviction notices, move-out notices, etc.).
Accounting and Finance:
Manage property finances, including rent payments, distribution of payments to owners, and control of income and expenses.
Prepare and review financial statements, monthly reports, and accounting reports to ensure financial accuracy.
Coordinate the budget for each property and provide recommendations for savings and cost optimization.
Regulatory Compliance and Auditing:
Ensure that all operations comply with local and national regulations related to property management.
Assist with audits and financial and operational risk assessments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in property management and accounting (minimum 3-5 years).
Advanced skills in accounting software and property management systems.
Proficient in Excel (at least intermediate level).
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and with attention to detail.
Availability for flexible working hours.
