We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Receptionist / Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our office. You’ll answer calls, schedule appointments, handle light administrative duties, and help keep our office running smoothly. This role is more than just a front desk job—it’s a key support position for the entire team.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and set appointments quickly and professionally
Direct calls and emails to the appropriate person
Monitor and manage TaxDome (training provided)
Assist with office tasks: mail, supplies, printing
Respond to office-related client questions via email
Open the office by 9:00–9:30 AM
Schedule
Full-Time:
Tax Season: Jan–Apr 15
Extension Season: Aug–Oct 15
Overtime required in the 2 weeks before deadlines
Part-Time:
Off-Season: May–Jul & Nov–Dec
Flexible morning hours
Qualifications
Required:
Strong phone and communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Willing to learn software (TaxDome)
Valid driver’s license (for errands)
Preferred:
Experience in office admin or reception
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools
