Looking for someone to come work in person (no virtual) in Holly Springs/Canton area 2- 3 days per week. Days and times are very flexible.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain and organize company documents, files, and records.
Use Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and Excel to prepare and manage documents.
Reconcile receipts and track financial transactions. Quickbooks
Manage and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Create and send proposals to clients and partners.
Follow up with clients, vendors, and team members as needed.
Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Book travel and other reservations.
