Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a contract position in Smyrna, GA. This role provides administrative and project-based support to a leadership team and department staff, requiring strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate would be bilingual in Spanish and have advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
