This is a full-time on-site role in Marietta, GA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining phone etiquette, effective communication, executive administrative assistance, and clerical skills in a fast-paced office environment.
Qualifications:
Native or bilingual in Spanish
Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Clerical Skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in QB
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Previous experience in administrative roles
Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
