Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual assistant to handle legal consultation intakes and provide essential administrative support. This role will include taking detailed notes during consultations between attorneys and clients, personal assistance to the firm's owner, and general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Take detailed notes during legal consultations.
Assist with general administrative tasks.
Provide excellent customer service.
Assist with personal tasks for the firm's owner.
Occasional use of personal vehicle, although a company vehicle will be provided.
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
Highly organized and proactive.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Prior experience in a legal or administrative setting is preferred.
Own vehicle and availability to use the company vehicle when necessary.
