A national law firm providing legal services to financial insitutions seeks a Litigation Attorney licensed in Georgia. In this role youwill be managing litigation cases with an emphasis on residential real estate litigation, foreclosure, mortgage and transactions matters. This role is IN OFFICE in Atlanta. Position requires (1) an active license inGeorgia and (2) TWO+ years of litigation experience in GA. Position includes a base salary, bonus and excellent benefits package.salary: $115,000 - $125,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: DoctoralResponsibilities Attend trials and hearings. Taking and defending depositions. Must be willing to travel throughout the entire state of Georgia on an as needed basis. May be required to attend hearings, mediations and other duties as assigned.
