Job Description/Requirements
We are looking for a competent Office Clerk to perform clerical tasks as support to our supervisor in Shipping/Receiving Department. The ideal candidate should be familiar with data entry, normal office equipment such as Computers, Scanners, Photocopiers and normal office procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable communicating on the phone. Answering the phone to taking messages.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task from our supervisor.
- Processing orders.
- Performs other office duties as assigned
Requirements and qualifications
- High school diploma required (GED)
- Dependability / punctuality & detail oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 1 + years’ experience.
- Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Experience working in a manufacturing would be preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in computer skills Microsoft Office and software application.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) would be preferred, but no required.
Job Site Location/City:
118A Forest Parkway, Forest Park, GA 30297
Shift/Hours:
6:00am to 2:30pm.
Starting pay rate/yearly salary: Pay Rate depends on level of education and experience.
$15 dollars per hour.
