Qualifications:
Updated and active business insurance | General Liability. (This is a must) Easy to obtain!
Partnership mentality and a great mindset to grow and build
2 or more years of professional residential or commercial cleaning experience
Ownership of your own car with updated insurance
Knowledge of travel within the Metro Atlanta area as well as surrounding areas
Organizational and time management skills or the mindset to learn
Willingness to sign a non-compete agreement
Willingness to complete a background check
Relevant cleaning products
Ability to follow processes to aid in the completion of cleaning opportunities
Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning duties efficiently and effectively in both residential and commercial settings
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Complete tasks within designated timeframes
