We have been in business for 19 years and we are growing. We are looking for team players who are self-motivated, are committed to production goals, and want to grow with the company.
This position if a cook position for granola/ energy bar production in our facility. Daily we are producing 1000lbs or more of granola, energy bars or nuts. Responsibilities include:
- assist in baking/cooking product in 50-200 lb batches
- spreading granola, nuts and bars on trays to baked.
- prepping ingredients for large batches of granola and energy bars
- Working with the crew to maintain high standard of cleanliness, also understanding the various standards that are part of our SQF and HAACP protocol.
- other varied tasks related to the production of our products including some packaging.
- Ability to communicate well and work in a focused but relaxed environment.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs no problem and be on your feet 8 hours day
- Transportaion and legal work status required. We are not on a bus line.
At least one years' experience as cook either in a restaurant or factory is strongly preferred.
Competitive pay - $15 hr + depending on experience with a raise after the training period.
The shift is from 6am-2:30pm.
