Pastry Production Team Member- Great OpportunityBakery & Catering concept is looking for a skilled Pastry Team Member who is multi-experienced and multi-capable… someone who can: (1) accurately measure and mix all of our various pastry batters by precise recipes; (2) accurately produce and bake all of our various pastries; (3) a natural feel for the weights and consistencies of our various doughs and pastry products; & (4) demonstrate experienced techniques in pastry making. Capable of taking ingredient inventory and assessing needs. Early or late afternoon shift available. Musts: minimum of 2 years’ experience; passion, concentration, speed, strength with endurance, precision, dependability & a positive attitude. Full time. Send resume.
