Restaurant Manager to join our team and help lead our growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Manage and train staff to ensure excellent service
- Maintain quality control for food, beverages, and customer experience
- Handle scheduling, inventory, and vendor relations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Assist with promotions, events, and community engagement
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required
- Passion for Mexican cuisine and hospitality
